Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME      

We ship ALL orders within 1-3 business days. However, we generally ship most orders the same day.

We ship all orders with Signature Guarantee Service (Signature Required upon Delivery). At checkout, you will have the opportunity to remove Signature Guarantee Service for your order; however, by doing so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.

RUSH PROCESSING

TrillaGlass.com offers Rush Processing on all orders for a small additional fee. If selected, all orders placed before 12PM PST will ship out on the same business day. If your order is placed after 12PM PST, and the Rush Processing option is selected, it will ship out on the following business day.

Note: TrillaGlass.com will put forth its best efforts; however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same business day. If we fail to ship your order on the same business day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee. If the billing and shipping address are different, verification WILL BE REQUIRED.

ONE-DAY AND TWO-DAY SHIPPING

If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with TrillaGlass.com and your order is placed before 11:59 AM PST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM PST will ship the next business day.

Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. When you select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within the same day (if received before 11:59 AM PST) and arrive on the following business day.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

We do not ship outside the continental United States.

DISCREET BILLING AND SHIPPING 

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The "Ship From" name will state "Trilla Glass Corp". and will not reference any particular product.

Note: Couriers (FedEx, DHL, and UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic and International rates subject to change without notice.
